What DreamWeb is

DreamWeb is designed for journaling, creative exploration, and discovering similarities between dream reports. Similarities do not prove shared consciousness, prediction, telepathy, or supernatural events.

What a Dream Connection Score means

A connection score measures how much two written dream reports overlap: shared symbols, settings, characters, emotional sequences, and how rare those shared elements are across everything recorded here. A high score means two people wrote down unusually similar things.

It does not mean, and DreamWeb does not claim, that two people had the same dream, that they were connected during sleep, that either dream predicted anything, or that anything supernatural occurred. Similar dream reports have ordinary explanations — shared culture, shared news, shared anxieties, common dream architecture, and coincidence at scale.

We use language like similar dream, strong overlap, possible dream connection, shared dream elements, and unusual similarity deliberately, and we avoid language that would assert more than the data supports.

“Prophetic-feeling” dreams

DreamWeb offers a dream type called “prophetic-feeling.” It records how a dream felt to the dreamer. It is not a claim that the dream predicted anything, and DreamWeb will never tell you a dream foretold an event.

AI-generated analysis

Dream interpretations are generated for reflection and pattern discovery. They are not medical, psychological, spiritual, or predictive conclusions.

Pattern observations on your dashboard — “water has appeared in twelve dreams,” “the same figure has appeared four times” — are counts drawn from your own journal. They are prompts for your reflection, not findings about you.

Wellness

DreamWeb is not a substitute for professional mental-health or medical support.

Dreams can surface distressing material. If your dreams involve recurring trauma, persistent nightmares that affect your sleep or daily functioning, or thoughts of harming yourself, please talk to a qualified professional. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

Nothing on DreamWeb — including anything another user writes to you — is medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. Users making diagnostic or dangerous claims about other people's mental health violate our community guidelines; please report them.
