Terms of Service
1. What this service is
DreamWeb is a private dream journal with an optional public layer that surfaces similarities between dream reports. Use of the service is subject to these terms, the Community Guidelines, and the Dream and Wellness Disclaimer.
2. Your account
You must be old enough to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. One account per person.
3. Your content
Your dreams are yours. You keep ownership of everything you write, record, and upload. By publishing a dream you grant DreamWeb a non-exclusive licence to display it to the audience you selected and to include it in similarity matching, for as long as it stays published. Setting a dream back to private ends that licence immediately and deletes its connections.
4. What you may not do
- Publish content that harasses, threatens, or sexually exploits anyone.
- Attempt to identify, or encourage others to identify, an anonymous dreamer.
- Post another person's private information.
- Make diagnostic, medical, or psychiatric claims about other users.
- Present DreamWeb similarity scores as evidence of telepathy, prophecy, or shared consciousness in a way that misleads others.
- Scrape, bulk-download, or automate access to other users' content.
5. Moderation
We use automated screening plus human review of reports. We may unpublish content, suspend accounts, or ban users who break these terms. You may appeal.
6. No warranty
The service is provided as is. Dream analysis, connection scores, and pattern observations are interpretive tools, not statements of fact. See the Disclaimer.
7. Ending things
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account, which permanently removes your dreams, files, and connections. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing the service, and an export window.
